ACORN Overview

Establishing good habits early in life is essential to health and wellness across the lifespan. Our goal is to reduce the risk of developing chronic disease, such as diabetes, by encouraging healthy eating and physical activity. This program is designed to engage children and their parents/caregiver in fun and thoughtful ways about making healthful choices. Let us provide you and your child with the tools you need to live well!
