Joseph Rutkowski, DDS - Interim Dental Director

Dr. Joseph Rutkowski is a general dentist who obtained his degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2007. After graduation Dr. Rutkowski joined the dental team here at Sonoma County Indian Health Project. He has been caring for this community for eleven years. In his down time, Dr. Rutkowski enjoys traveling the world with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include cycling, painting and listening to his record collection.

Katie Marsh, DDS

Dr. Katie Marsh is an orthodontic specialist and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. A Bay Area native, she spent eleven years at the University of Southern California completing a BS in Neuroscience, DDS degree, and Orthodontic training, in which she also earned a Master of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. Marsh joined the dental team at Sonoma County Indian Health Project in 2020. In her free time, Dr. Marsh enjoys hiking California's highest peaks, training for marathons, playing soccer, and skiing.

Asterita Machado, DMD

Dr. Machado went to Centro Escolar University, Manila, Philippines for her undergraduate work and for her dental school education earning a degree Associate in arts and DMD, respectively. Dr. Machado has worked in a private practice for 17 years in her home country. Dr. Machado moved and lived in Ontario, Canada for 4 years before emigrating to the United States in 2002. Prior to joining Sonoma County Indian Health Dental Department in 2008, she worked in a private practice. She has been working full time at SCIHP since 2008. Dr. Machado loves to bake and enjoy food, wine and traveling with her husband.

Christine Boyer, DDS

Dr. Boyer is one of our Dental providers. She has studied at the School of Dentistry at University of Paris, France, and University of the Pacific in Stockton. She is eager to start her journey with Sonoma County Indian Health Project and is passionate about giving back to the community. Dr. Boyer believes that trust and good communication between providers and patients is the key to creating a good relationship with patients.

When Dr. Boyer is not in the office, she can be found outdoors! She loves traveling, hiking, biking, walking, swimming, scuba diving, and gardening. She pursues a positive lifestyle and encourages others to never give up.

Patrick Huebner, DDS

Meet Dr. Huebner, our skilled and experienced dentist who is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care. With over five years of experience in general dentistry in the U.S. Army, Dr. Huebner brings a wealth of expertise to our clinic. He joined our team with the intention of building strong connections within the communities he serves. Specializing in Comprehensive General Dentistry, root canals, and oral surgery, Dr. Huebner is committed to ensuring his patients' comfort and making them feel at ease during their dental appointments.

Beyond his dental practice, Dr. Huebner enjoys engaging in various hobbies and activities. Long distance running, kayaking, rock climbing, and learning new languages are among his favorite pastimes. In addition to his passion for dentistry, Dr. Huebner takes pride in cooking the most amazing Schnitzel.

When it comes to his patients, Dr. Huebner places great emphasis on empathy. He understands the importance of creating a supportive and comfortable environment for patients, aiming to make each dental visit a positive experience. With his expertise and caring approach, Dr. Huebner provides quality dental care while prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of his patients.

Hani Mohsenzadeh, DDS

Dr. Mohsenzadeh is an accomplished dentist with an impressive educational background and a wealth of experience in the dental industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of the Pacific, followed by a Master of Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of California San Francisco. He also completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from La Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic and an international dental program from La Universidad De La Salle in Mexico.

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, Dr. Mohsenzadeh spent four years at La Clinica De La Raza, a community-based clinic in Oakland, before moving on to work at several private practices in Napa and Santa Rosa. His passion for serving his community led him to work at the Lacke County Tribal Health Clinic in Lakeport, where he worked for one year before relocating to Santa Rosa and joining the SCIHP team.

Dr. Mohsenzadeh's specialty is in general dentistry, dentures, and implants, and he has received recognition for his work in the field, including an award from Paulic Health Dentistry in 2008. He is a firm believer in the importance of empathy and treats each patient as if they were a member of his own family. His dedication to his profession is evident in his enthusiasm for going to work every day and providing quality care to his patients.

When he's not practicing dentistry, Dr. Mohesenzadeh enjoys playing chess with his daughter and has a reputation for being easy-going and quick to laugh. He looks forward to continuing to serve our community for years to come.
